We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, in the event that your item is damaged (cracked jars/spills) or incorrect, we will send a replacement free of charge, once all details are confirmed! if you have an issue with your order, you must first reach out via email or text, with a full description of the issue. if your item is damaged, please include clear photos.
SHIPPING POLICY
sTANDARD: Shipping will take 1-2 business days, after the order has been fully processed and leaves USPS.
Business days are Monday-friday. orders will nOT be shipped out on weekends or holidays.
after placing your order, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be successfully processed and packed for shipping. *Orders placed before 5:00 P.m. eST will be shipped the following business day. *
orders placed on holidays and weekends will be shipped out the following business day. *We want your essentials to arrive to you in a timely manner and avoid your package being delayed or sitting in transit. *

If you submit an order with the incorrect shipping address, you are required to cancel and reorder. If the shipment is returned to sender, you will be charged for the reshipment.

What are the next steps after placing my order? Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order # and details. please allow up to 24 hours for the order to be fully processed, and to receive your tracking number.
how long does shipping Take? your order will arrive in 1-2 business days from the time it leaves the shipping Facility. All orders will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail.
How long will my essentials Last? All candles have a burn time of 20-30+ hours, depending on size. Wax Melts may be burned up to 6 hours (you may reuse The Wax Melt Before Discarding, or replace with a new set for a stronger fragrance throw).
What happens if i provide an incorrect shipping address? You will be responsible for cancelling and reordering the package. If the package is returned, you will be required to pay the reshipment fee. Please feel free to contact Us via email so that we may properly assist you.
Do you offer pick up and in person delivery? Of course! You may reach out via Text, email, or on Instagram to set up in person pickup or delivery. There will be a Small Travel fee added to orders that are personally delivered.
